Smoking, tobacco, alcohol and consumption of other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited in the premises of the Kumbh Camp.
Lighting of candles, dhoop, incense sticks etc is prohibited in the Kumbh cottages and in all areas of the camp. You can keep an emergency light.
You are requested to adhere to the fixed and scheduled timings for meals and refreshments as well as for the various events.
Silence, japa-dhyaan, and solitude are recommended at the Kumbh camp.
Do not accept food from strangers.
Please maintain the dignity, purity and cleanliness of the Kumbh camp. Please discard all rubbish or garbage in the dustbin only.
The Kumbh Mela Camp is a polythene-free premise; please do not bring anything in polythene bags.
The significance of the snaan (holy dip) during the Kumbh Mela is similar at all ghats / all banks of river. Please be careful when visiting crowded places for the holy dip.
Please Note : Kindly do not bring extremely old or sick persons, very small children or pregnant women.
